Dorothy Whitfield, Fisher House for Families of the Fallen, NCO in charge, thank Bill Flanders, USO Delaware operations supervisor, for new toys donated by the USO Dec. 9, 2015, for the Fisher House for Families of the Fallen, Dover Air Force Base, Del.
