Specialist Noel Rivera, a mortuary affairs specialist, inventories U.S. Army unit badges from a wall of military uniform items that is kept fully stocked with every U.S. Air Force, Army, Marine, Navy and Coast Guard badge, patch, ribbon or decoration. The uniform section of the Air Force Mortuary Affairs Operations Center at Dover Air Force Base, Del., prepare uniforms for the fallen heroes and work with military escorts for the dignified-transfer-of-remains process.
