Quilters from Seaford, Delaware spread out a Quilt of Valor quilt top on a design wall

Lenny Truitt, standing on chair, and Laurel Braunstein place a partially complete quilt top on a design wall to see how the fabrics work together. The blue flannel fabric pinned to the wall provides the neutral color needed to best view the design colors in the quilt top before all the pieces are assembled. Truitt and Braunstein, both from Seaford, Del., are in Truitt's home studio June 24, 2009 where they often work together making tops for the Quilts of Valor Foundation. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Benjamin Matwey)
