Dignified Transfers Arrive at Dover AFB

Rivera., of Rochester, NY., at Dover Air Force Base, Del., October 20, 2009. Pfc. Rivera died Oct. 18 in Mosul, Iraq, of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. He was assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, Fort Hood, Texas.
