MLK Commemoration
Guest speaker, Retired Ch. (Lt. Col.) Ted Henderson, shows the audience at a Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Commemoration Service, an important part of civil rights history which he got from his wife Beverly. Her aunt attended Howard University. Chaplain Henderson stressed the impact Dr. King had on breaking barriers and tearing down walls. He encouraged Americans to continue that legacy so that there may be a day where there won't be African-Americans, but only Americans. (U.S. Air Force photo/Christin Michaud)
