Chris Bevins a Quilt of Valor Jan. 28, 2011 on behalf of the QOV Foundation for his service here at the Charles C. Carson Center for Mortuary Affairs for six months. Sergeant Bevins, who is deployed here from Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, has been supporting the public affairs dignified transfer mission.
