Col. Thomas C. Joyce, Air Force Mortuary Affairs Operations commander, highlights the mortuary mission with members of the USO Board of Governors at the Charles C. Carson Center for Mortuary Affairs April 6, 2011. The group took a tour of the mortuary, the Center for Families of the Fallen and the Meditation Pavilion at the Fisher House for Families of the Fallen.
