Col. John Devillier, Air Force Mortuary Affairs Operations commander, Dover Air Force Base, Del., rubs the name of Capt. Virgil K. Meroney III, from an etching on a wall at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Honolulu, Hawaii, Oct. 15. Devillier gave the etching to the Meroney family.
