Quilt of Valor
Army Staff Sgt. Luis Burgos (center) poses with Air Force Col. John M. Devilier, Air Force Mortuary Affairs Operations commander and Senior Master Sgt. Sean Applegate, AFMAO chief enlisted manager. Burgos was presented a Quilt of Valor on behalf of the Quilt of Valor Foundation for his service at the Charles C. Carson Center for Mortuary Affairs in a ceremony May 17, 2012. Burgos served as part of the Army Liaison Team as a member of the Casualty and Mortuary Affairs Operations Center, U.S. Army Human Resources Command, located at Fort Knox, Ky.
