Lt. Col. Ralph Nicholson, Army Liaison Officer in Charge, was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal at the Charles C. Carson Center for Mortuary Affairs at Dover Air Force Base, Del. Nicholson was assigned to Dover AFB, as part of the U.S. Army Human Resources Command's Casualty and Mortuary Affairs Operations Center, which supports the mission of honoring America's fallen from August 2008 to August 2011.
