A U.S. Air Force carry team transfers the remains of Lt. Col. Paul K. Voss, of Yigo, Guam, and Capt. Ryan S. Phaneuf, of Hudson, N.H., during a dignified transfer Jan. 30, 2020, at Dover Air Force Base, Del. Voss was assigned to Headquarters Air Combat Command at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va. and Phaneuf was assigned to the 37th Bomb Squadron, Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D.
