The Phillipsburg, N.J. and Easton, Pa. communities honor Maj. Bruce Lawrence Sept. 24, 2011 as his remains were brought through his hometown for the final time to a cemetery in Easton, Pa. Lawrence was an F4-C Phantom II pilot who was shot down in Vietnam in 1968. The remains of missing 1st Lt. Robert Franklin Dees was returned to his family on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2011. On Oct. 9, 1952, Lieutenant Dees was a pilot of an F-84R Thunderjet fighter, when the aircraft took a direct hit while in North Korea on a combat mission.
