DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. -- A U.S. Air Force carry team transfers the remains of Lt. Col. Paul K. Voss, of Yigo, Guam, and Capt. Ryan S. Phaneuf, of Hudson, N.H., during a dignified transfer Jan. 30, 2020, at Dover Air Force Base, Del.
